Chance of a clap of thunder this evening
A weak storm system will interact with Pacific moisture to bring a chance of valley rain and mountain snow showers to western Montana.
It will bring isolated showers to the region, mainly before midnight Wednesday night. Otherwise, patchy fog developing tomorrow morning. Lows ihe 30s.
A break from the showers is expected Thursday and Friday, although late Friday the next storm system may bring a few showers to northwest Montana. Highs mid 40s to mid 50s, with the coolest in Kalispell and Butte.
That next system will bring a chance of rain and mountain snow to the northern Rockies Friday night and Saturday. Highs this weekend in the upper 40s to lower 50s.
