Cooler temperatures as summer begins Wednesday
A cold front will usher cooler air into western Montana as summer begins this evening at 10:24 pm. For the most part it will be a dry, but there will be a few showers and isolated thundershowers south and east of Bozeman and from Kalispell east to Glacier Park.
A few strong storms will be possible this evening along the border area south of Bozeman, with gusty winds, lightning and small hail.
Partly to mostly sunny Wednesday and Thursday. Lows in the upper 40s to lower 50s. Highs in the 70s.
Cooler Canadian air will briefly enter the region Friday, with highs dropping to the mid 60s to lower 70s.
Pleasant this weekend with partly to mostly sunny skies. Highs in the mid 60s to mid 70s Saturday and the 70s to lower 80s Sunday.
More pleasant weather is expected next week.
