Pleasant summer weather ahead
Comfortable summer weather is expected across western Montana through Thursday, although a few showers and thundershowers are still possible.
The reason for the isolated showers is a moist northwest flow establishing itself across the northern Rockies. The best chance for evening showers and isolated storms Tuesday will be across southwest Montana especially around Bozeman. Then clear to partly cloudy overnight with lows in the mid 40s to lower 50s.
A few re-developing isolated afternoon showers Wednesday, mainly south and east of the Bozeman area and along the divide. Highs in the 70s.
Pleasant Thursday with partly to mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 60s and 70s.
Warmer Friday with highs in the mid 70s to lower 80s with some sunshine.
A nice weekend lies ahead, with partly to mostly sunny days. There is a chance of an isolated shower Saturday with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s. Mostly sunny and warmer Sunday with highs in the 80s.
July 4th looks sunny and warm with highs in the 80s.
