Rain gradually ending

The storm system that brought widespread, heavy rain to western Montana will exit the region Tuesday night.

The FLOOD ADVISORIES AND WARNINGS will expire at 10 pm. The rain will linger across northwest Montana until around 2 am Wednesday. Otherwise, partial clearing with areas of fog. Lows in the mid 30s to mid 40s.

Partly to mostly sunny and warmer Wednesday with highs in the 60s. More of the same Thursday.

Another weaker storm system will bring a few showers to the region Friday. Highs will remain below normal, in the 60s.

Warmer just in time for the weekend with some sunshine. Highs in the mid 60s to mid 70s. Further warming next week with highs in the 70s and 80s.
