Some snow across northwest Montana
Most of western Montana will have a break from the recent snowy weather. The exception will be the far northwest corner of the state.
A weak Canadian storm system will continue to bring the threat of a few flurries and snow showers around the Kalispell area in the northwest. Otherwise, a slight chance elsewhere with partly to mostly cloudy skies.
Lows in the 20s to around 30 with highs Friday in the low to mid 40s, which is near normal for this time of the year. Highs again in the 40s Saturday, cooling a bit on Sunday.
A return to unsettled weather will occur this weekend through next week, with a chance of snow and rain showers. Most of the precipitation will fall from Missoula north to Kalispell, with slight chances around Butte and Bozeman.
