Unsettled weather continues this week

Increasing cloud cover today with daytime highs in the 30s and 40s. We are tracking a fast moving storm system that will begin to spread showers into the region as early as this afternoon. Light snow accumulations are possible tonight and early Wednesday. Mountain passes along the MT/ID border will see 3-6" of snowfall. Valley locations could see a quick dusting to as much as an inch of snow.

Snow showers will diminish Wednesday. Skies will turn partly cloudy and temperatures will sit in the mid to upper 30s. Freezing fog will be possible late Wednesday night into Thursday morning.

Another quick moving storm system will bring a chance of snow to the Northern Rockies Thursday night and Friday. Snow accumulations should stay light.

We are tracking yet another system that will affect the area Friday and Saturday. We will update you on this system as it gets closer and details become more clear.
