Attorneys request permission for Johnson to travel
MISSOULA, Mont - In a motion filed today by his attorney with the Montana Fourth Judicial District Court, suspended Griz quarterback Jordan Johnson sought permission to travel outside of Missoula County for "recreational purposes."
The State granted Johnson's request.
Johnson stands accused of raping a friend earlier this year.
His attorneys also filed a response to the prosecution's argument against a motion to dismiss the case. They claim prosecutors failed to disclose necessary evidence.
