Butte High School seniors gear up for graduation


BUTTE, Mont. - Nearly 300 seniors at Butte High School will graduate Thursday night at 8 p.m.

The class of 2017 is made up of 279 students. It has a 2.87 cumulative GPA.

Principal John Metz believes this group of seniors is well prepared for life after graduation.

"They're very hardworking kids. They've earned over $2 million worth of scholarship money," Armstrong said. "I think that they're going to have a lot of success in the future."
