Livingston woman dead after rollover near Three Forks

MISSOULA, Mont. - MHP dispatchers say a 35-year old Livingston woman is dead following a one vehicle rollover on US 287 near Three Forks. Dispatchers say it appears the woman was wearing her seatbelt, but that she may have been wearing it improperly. Dispatchers say it is unknown if alcohol is a factor, and speed was not a factor.

Troopers say the vehicle was traveling southbound on US 287 at around mile marker 99. The vehicle reportedly drifted off to the west side of the road, overcorrected to the left, went into a northbound lane and overcorrected again to the right. Troopers say the vehicle went into a spin, went off the side of the road, and rolled several times. The woman's name has not been released at this time.
