Man pleads not guilty to golf course burglary charge
MISSOULA, Mont. - A Missoula man pleaded not guilty to a felony burglary charge for allegedly breaking into buildings on a golf course.
Prosecutors say James Paxton, 22, and another man broke into the kitchen and dining room and the maintenance shops at Larchmont Golf Course. The two allegedly threw a cash register on the floor and took money.
Tuesday, in Missoula County District Court Paxton pleaded not guilty to charge.
The other suspect Michael Skow, 32, is scheduled to be arraigned in court Wednesday.
