It's called Morning Move, the program is gets kids exercising at four Missoula elementary schools.

Games includes basketball, soccer and jump rope, students get in as much exercise as they can before class starts.

Morning Move organizers say it's good for the brain and good for behavior.

"One of the things we really noticed is that we've seen a decrease in disciplinary types of actions, kids are more active, they do better in school," said Russell Elementary School Principal Cindy Christensen.

Morning Move starts every day before school.
