Pablo highway accident leaves 1 dead, 1 injured
PABLO, Mont. - A 47-year-old man from Kent, Washington is dead after a car accident Saturday night in Pablo, according to the Montana Highway Patrol. MHP responded to the accident just after 10 p.m. Saturday. MHP says the vehicle was southbound on an unnamed road near the Pablo Reservoir when the driver lost control. The car left the road on the right side, flipped, overturned and rolled onto its roof. The passenger was partly ejected from the vehicle. The driver, a 70-year-old Pablo man, survived with injuries. The Kent man was the passenger. Alcohol and speeding were factors in the crash, troopers said. This is the 61st Montana highway fatality of the year.
