Two women wanted after leaving Butte pre-release facility


BUTTE, Mont. - Two women walked away from a Butte pre-release facility called the Women's Transitional Center this weekend, according to supervisors at Community, Counseling and Correctional Services, Inc. (CCCS). They are currently wanted.

CCCS supervisors said the two women, Priscilla Evans and Brooke Lemer, were doing community service work Friday night at a banquet in the Butte Civic Center when they left and never returned. Evans, a Helena resident, is 37, while Lemer, a Flathead County resident, is 26.

CCCS is a non-profit corrections company based in Butte.
