Valley rain and mountain snow continues
Scattered showers will be possible today with high temperatures reach the upper 40s.
We are tracking a cold front that will make its way through late this afternoon. Snow levels will drop to mountain pass levels where 2 to 5 inches of snow will be possible. Valley locations will generally see less than an inch. Winds will also be gusty as the front moves through.
Lingering showers are expected early Tuesday. High temperatures Tuesday will be around 15 degrees below average, in the low to mid 40s.
Precipitation chances will be much lower mid to late week. We will also see temperatures increase to near or slightly above seasonal averages. High temperatures in the 50s and even lower 60s will be possible Thursday and Friday.
