KALISPELL, Mont. — Ansen Ingraham, 18, and Joseph Trapper Bukowski, 19, pleaded not guilty Thursday morning.
The men are accused in a drive-by shooting in Kalispell in December. They’re charged with two counts of assault with a weapon and three counts of criminal endangerment.
If found guilty on all charges, they could face a maximum sentence of 70 years in prison and fines up to $250,000.
The court set a jury trial for April.
