MISSOULA, Mont. — The entire town of Denton was forced to flee Wednesday afternoon due to a fire that broke out Tuesday night.

Numerous homes on the south side of Denton have been lost. No injuries have been reported.

NorthWestern Energy reports 262 power outages remain in Denton area.

Evacuees were directed to the civic center in Lewistown.
