BILLINGS, Mont. -- Prosecutors will tell you a Billings man wanted to get out of a patrol car so badly this week, he kicked out the rear view window and ran.
Jacob Bradley, 33, faces several charges.
Court papers say an officer arrested him during a disturbance at his uncle’s house and found he had several warrants and a capped syringe in his pocket.
She says she cuffed him, put him in the back of her cruiser and drove away.
That’s when court documents say she heard a loud pop, saw the rear glass shatter and spotted Bradley running.
Officials say the officer caught up and taxed him. He’s in jail tonight.
