Breezy winds, evening snow showers
HIGH WIND WARNING in effect until 5 am Saturday for the Livingston Area and Beartooth Foothills. Expect cross-winds along I-90 from Livingston to Springdale at 65 to 75 mph.
Partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies will develop Friday as ridge of high pressure moves overhead. Winds will remain breezy and gusts of 30 mph will be possible across the region. Daytime highs will be above normal in the 40s with a few areas coming close to hitting the 50 degree mark.
We are tracking a cold front that will arrive late tonight. This front will bring a quick hit of snow across western Montana. Snow accumulations will be minimal. Overnight lows will be in the 20s.
A few isolated showers will be possible early Saturday, but the bulk of the day should be dry.
The workweek will start off dry, but our next cold front will move through by mid-week.
