Partly to mostly sunny skies today with highs in the 30s and low 40s.
High pressure will be in control through the weekend. This mean ample sunshine a daytime highs in the 40s and 50s by Sunday! A weak disturbance will bring clouds and very isolated showers to the region for St. Patrick's Day.
Highs will be in the 40s and 50s next week which will create snow melt and possible low land flooding. Now is the time to move personal items, equipment, and/or livestock out of low lying areas and away from waterways. Move heavy accumulations of snow away from home foundations, and take steps to prevent water from making it into basements.
