Kalispell Council considers new RV park
KALISPELL, Mont. —
Kalispell might be getting a 330-space RV park, and City Council documents show some residents are concerned.
The Montana Base Camp RV Park is proposed to occupy a 50.33-acre piece of land close to Highway 93, right off the bypass.
The proposed RV park was reviewed by the Kalispell Planning Board during a July 10 meeting, and the City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the plan on Aug. 20.
The Planning Board received two letters from residents voicing concerns about the proposed RV park, including increased traffic on roads and trails and maintenance of the park.
The Kalispell City Council will make a decision regarding the Montana Base Camp RV Park in September.
