Miss Montana documentary film set to premiere in Montana

It's Montana's very first showing and premiere of the Miss Montana to Normandy saga.

“Return to the Big Skies” documents the restoration of the historic World War II-era airplane and its Atlantic crossing to the beaches of Normandy to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the D-Day invasion.

Two showings will be held in Montana: Saturday, Sept. 11 in Kalispell at Sky Ranch and Saturday, Sept. 18 in Missoula at Big Sky Brewing.

The screenings honor the volunteers who worked thousands of hours to return Miss Montana to the skies.

All proceeds go to continue the mission of Miss Montana.
