MISSOULA, Mont. — Missoula County commissioners authorized closing on five lots of land in the Tech District to Shadowcast Partners.
The five lots are being sold for close to $750,000.
Shadowcast Partners, a media production company in Missoula, originally planned on building a production studio in the area, but has forgone those plans.
Instead, they will market the lots to sell to another user.
“As you know, unfortunately, Shadowcast is not going to build a production studio as planned. They were given permission by Dori in June to market the lots with the intention of selling them to another end user, and I am not aware of end user at this time,” Missoula County director of economic and land development Emily Brock said.
On Tuesday, commissioners approved signing closing documents.
