Photos show George H.W. Bush's visit to Glacier in 1983
GLACIER NATIONAL PARK, Mont. —
Then-Vice President George H.W. Bush visited Glacier National Park in the summer of 1983.
The photos show Bush fishing at Hidden Lake, visiting Fish Creek Campground and looking out over Big Bend turnout on Going-to-the-Sun Road.
His wife, Barbara, can be seen in many of the photos with him and the park superintendent at the time of his visit.
