Woman arrested after high-speed chase throughout Missoula and Ravalli Co.

A woman is behind bars after leading the Missoula County Sheriff's Office on a high-speed chase Saturday afternoon.

A deputy initiated a stop after seeing 34-year-old Katrina Storms running through a stop sign near the Pulp Mill Road. Storms proceeded to come to a stop, then fled towards Mullan Road.

The chase continued on Reserve Street, according to the Missoula County Sheriff's Office, Storms forced a couple of vehicles off the road.

Throughout the pursuit, Storms avoided spike strips deployed by deputies.

She led officers into Ravalli County where Missoula County and Ravalli County sheriffs were able to stop her near Bass Creek Road off of Highway 93.

No injuries have been reported.

The car had Oregon license plates and was not stolen. According the the Missoula County Sheriff's Office, no drugs or weapons where found in the vehicle.
