Hamilton junior quarterback Carson Rostad was named Montana’s Gatorade Player of the Year.

The two-time all-state quarterback had a lot of success this season throwing for more than 2,700 yards and 43 touchdowns, with only six interceptions.

Rostad is the first football player not in class AA to take home Gatorade Player of the Year honors since 2007.

Rostad is the first Hamilton Gatorade Player of the Year since Taylor Goligoski got it for basketball in 2012-2013 & 2014-2015.
