MISSOULA, Mont. — Montana pentathlete Erika McLeod won her third straight Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Pentathlon in Bozeman today in record breaking fashion.
Her 4,128 points was good enough to break the all-time Big Sky record, and put her in the top ten nationally, in place to compete at the NCAA championships next week.
McLeod first or second in all five events and set four personal bests.
Her Montana teammate, sophomore Jansen Ziola, took second place with 3,925 points, the 7th best score in Big Sky history.
