Jed Christoph

Jed Christoph joined the NBC Montana team in June 2020 as the Morning Meteorologist.

Jed was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina where he witnessed a wide variety of weather events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, major flooding, and even snow. His interest in weather began at a young age, and he chased his dreams to Western Kentucky University where he received his degree in Meteorology May 2020. While in school, Jed interned at various TV stations such as WBKO, WCIV, and Spectrum News 1 Kentucky. Jed also was an EMR that responded to ocean and medical related emergencies on a Charleston area beach in the summers.

He enjoys hiking, storm chasing, watersports, and photography. He will miss surfing in the ocean, but is excited to experience surfing Brennan’s wave and snowboarding on “real” snow!

Jed is excited and proud to be a member of the NBC Montana team which you rely on for your forecast.
